Onwed by Jay E. and Sonia Tucker. Also called the "River City Casino, Sports Bar, and Grill". It was previously called the "Nashville West Card Room #3" (see "Was"), which Tucker also owned.

Jay Tucker was dubbed the "King of Sacramento County Card Clubs" by The Gambling Scene magazine. He also owned the "Embers" (Sacramento) and the Nashville West Card Room #3 which became "Tex's Saloon Card Room" in North Highlands.
