Non-licensed poker game run by Robert L. Johnson, in a back room of "Sarge's Shoe Parlor". Raided in 1959 with eight arrests. In 1960, a dissatisfied poker player fired twice into the ceiling, leading to an assault charge (see "Archive").

The attribution of the DiSq-mold chips is traced to Eastman's Illustrated Guide to California Card Room Gaming Chips & Checks (1998).

North Sacramento became part of the City of Sacramento in 1964.
