In 1973 is adopted , The Lower Saxony Gaming Act. It will be awarded three licenses to private operators ( HANNOVER- BAD PYRMONT, Hittfeld- Bad Harzburg and Bad Zwischenahn - Bad Bentheim). 1974- Marian Felsenstein and associates received the license to operate the casinos in Hannover ( opened 1974 ) and Bad Pyrmont ( 1975). Both casinos used similar chips. November 13, 1987- following the bankruptcy of Casino Hannover. In 1987 was founded the company Hannoversche Spielbanken GmbH ( from State of Lower Saxony and precursor of SNG) that took the concession of gambling in Hannover and Bad Pyrmont. In 1989 the Gaming Act will be amended- licenses only for state-owned enterprises, created SNG. In 2004 would change again opening gambling to privates.2005 re-privatization of SNG , with new partner Austria Casinos. Nowadays (2012), Niedersachsen Spielbanken GmbH, or SNG, operates 10 casinos (both casinos included ), and use similar chips in its casinos.
