(This was a higher level card. It was not used at all Harrah's properties as some have claimed. The few cards seen have all come from this location. It may have been used somewhere else also, but this has never been confirmed.)

PC, Premier "Wing" Logo & "Privilege Pass",
(Reverse states, "This is a temporary pass, valid only at Harrah's Tunica for the time specified. These seem to be from 1998, and help confirm the previous notion that the above plastic card may have been used exclusively in Tunica. Both cards are almost identical.)
