Pidge 'N Pete's Inc. was the corporation that rival Sacramento card room impresarios Peter M. Micacich, Jr. and Carnick "Pidge" Georgian created as the holding company for their jointly owned "Georgian's Casino and Restaurant". These chips may have been used during the early 1970s at the casino.

The legal partnership ended around 1977 amid an acrimonious falling out between the two (as documented in court hearings), with Carnick taking on full ownership of the casino (see "Archive").

Carnick also owned the "Lunar Station Card Room". Peter Mikachic Jr. co-owned the "Gold Nugget Club", the "Equipoise Club", and later owned the "Limelight Card Room".
