Nightclub and cardroom originally located at 4330 Clayton Rd. In 1963 it moved to 1486 Treat Boulevard (in the Bel-Air Shopping Center). It was owned by W. H. (Bill) McGrath, but the poker room was licensed to Angelo Basquez, during the 1960s and 1970s.

The attribution of the SqSqDi-mold chips is traced to Eastman's Illustrated Guide to California Card Room Gaming Chips & Checks (1998).
