Licensed card room originally owned by Jack "Whitey" Green from 1960 until 1993, and then owned by Frank Fox (1993-1996). Green also owned the "Flamingo K Club" in Oceano, and the "Horseshoe Club" in San Luis Obispo. He was arrested on bookmaking charges in 1955, 1965, and 1981 (see "Archive"). Located at 147 S. Thompson, the club moved down the block to 133 S. Thompson in 1980. Originally called the "Fremont Card Club" until around 1970, then the "Fremont Card Room". From 1993 to 1996, it was called "Foxy's Fremont Card Room".
