Owned by Mark Ulanski. It became the "University and Park Card Room" in 1977.

T. R. King originally sold 2000 of the "M" small crown hot stamp chips in three denominations to Mark Braverman, Skippers Club, 1030 Robinson Avenue, San Diego, in 1967 and 1968. Around 1970, Mark Ulanski (Marks Card Room) acquired ownership of the chips and ordered more. Ulanski also ordered 3425 of "Mark's Card Room" small crown chips in six denominations in 1967.
